Which is the trading chat channel? I was banned in 820.

And it was saying global 820 was trading channel, but I got into the channel and said I was selling something and got banned from chat.

Support told me contact them and I got no answer at all. OFC I won't get any answers....

global 820 is not a trade channel, it's the sharing channel for completion (also, AFAIK, there was a phase where chat mods got really touchy on global 820 in general). The exact quote is that it's "as spammy as trade chat", i.e. there's usually a lot of people talking and promoting, either looking for completion or looking for people to share it with. All sort of trading is meant to be done in the separate trade chat ($). /trade 820 is the service/completion trading channel.

Ohh ok ok thank you for helping me. This was a simple question and the moderators didn't help instead banned me. And asked me to contact support which I did and they never answer. That is really bad. I thought GGG treated its customers better.

BTW what is the general trading channel? You said trade 820 is for service/completion.

Yeah, you use the trading channel, not the actual Global channel.
GGG probably gets too many people sending them stuff for them to reply to you.

All I know is you don't get a lifetime ban from the chat for trading on your first offense regardless.
