Will PoE1 MTX transfer during Early Access PoE2?

I deeply fear GGGcent using Early Access to get around their promise to transfer MTX from PoE1 to PoE2.

"We're sorry your MTX can't be transferred yet, but hey it's EA so we're not breaking our promise. In the meantime, you're welcome to purchase everything again!" and then leaving it in EA for an extended period (years).

Would love to know if anyone has solid information on this.

Further, has Tencent said anything about how long they intend to leave it in EA?

A little advice..... Don't worry about things that haven't happened yet....

The only thing which will not carry over, but can potentially get added on later, in case they get implemented, are currency related tabs.

Aka: all the league mechanic related ones, which got later on added as "core" content, will not be available at all and you will not get compensated (at least from what we know at the moment).

So if you got a tab for Delve, etc. it will not be transfered. They did say that some stuff can be added on later, and if you got those tabs bought in the first game they will transfer it to the 2nd title once it's available there.

As a former coder, i dont see anything wrong about this. You want to make functioning program first, you do pretty things later. Thats how it works. Like you want to make spells work properly, once its done you can care about skins/special effects for them.
