I realized my Marble Amulet is ilevel 82 and not 86

I spammed more than 500 alteration orbs to get +1 level to gem skills so it annoys me a little bit.
Does it matter or not? I'm trying to make the Endgame Amulet in the Explosive Arrow Ballista Champion build from Maxroll.gg https://maxroll.gg/poe/build-guides/explosive-arrow-ballista-champion-league-starter
The level of the amulet isn't specified in the guide but I would be sad if a specific mod can't roll because it's below 86. Perhaps I'm too cautious but I am learning the game so it's good to know.

The +lvl mods require ilvl 75, the best tier of chaos res requires ilvl 81, the crafted mods don't care for ilvl, so arguably you've made it harder by getting one ilvl too high. (By adding more modifiers to the pool that can roll)
