it's not the worst league in recent memory (Kalandra), but..
the wildwood quests are super tedious.. especially when trying to do them on multiple characters. unlike the rest of the game, you don't get credit for your kills unless you're currently on the quest, which is total BS. and when you do complete a quest you still have to find the correct NPC to turn in. and then good luck finding the specific charm you want from that NPC. *edit* and when you do find the charm you want, good luck getting the wisps you need to purchase it, as it tends to try to kick you out

Content-wise, I enjoyed Sanctum more, but this has definitely been my best-performing league as far as how the league has treated me. Firrst league since Sanctum I've had the drive to push to 40/40, first league I've been able to afford a Mageblood and still have a good bit of currency to spare. I'm not even running a magic find build and the moneymaking potential has been insane this league. I wish the woods themselves were more engaging and the King of the Mists boss fight was a little more interesting, but overall, this league's been far above average.

Because people like to complain and whine. That said some leagues are better than others, I personally applaud GGG for still having ideas 10 years down the line even if they don't all work.

only reasonable thing to hope is that mageblood is getting drop disabled so people cant use a crutch anymore

I think some features will go core, like the ascendancies. The mechanic might go core but it won't be anywhere as powerful.

For me this is the best league ever created on POE. I loved this league in 6500hours of playing poe this is the only league i loved and making fun, after this i never come back to poe anymore unless they bring back to core affliction xp

Before this league i never droped a divine or etc, after this league now i droped 1 divine or two every 10 maps, before is 1 after 1500hours or so, without this league i not come back to poe and go foward to other games, iam playing this before they go to the hole, i having a blast on this league loot whisps, atleast is the only league i can loot good things finaly.

You need to run maps to get any benefit from the mechanic though. Doing them in acts is just a waste of time, there is just not enough monster density or quantity bonus to be rewarding
Just doing a normal alch and go t6 map will give you way more reward than the most wisp juiced acts map

You need to run maps to benefit from it. You also need a decent build and knowledge to deal with the juiced mobs. Also, it's yet another optional mechanic new players have to learn on top of all the basics. Seriously, this is a non issue. New players won't feel the difference when next league arrives, and veterans will adapt, like always. You don't need a specifc mechanic or farm strategy to make a lot of currency in this game.

They need to delete item rarity/quantity mods from gear. The league is fine, you're just now realizing how stupid the meta is.
