...give a +1 to crit... Diamond rings, daggers, some uniques (infernal mantle, maligaros virtuosity, voidbringer gloves...), support your spell with a "powercharge on crit"/"incr crit"/"inc crit multi", shields with increased critical strike chance for spells
...crits chance and multiplier worth... Depends on the crit chance of the skill itself. Isn't cheap, needs heavy investments both in the skill tree and item wise. Crit = expensive
I suggest starting with a cold crit caster. Good cc. Watch out for reflecting mobs = oneshot yourself. Lastly, post your question on the official forum, you'll get much better guidance over there.

"And the last question, are crits chance and multiplier worth the point investment?" --> Depends on intention, if you just want it for the elemental effect increased e.g. shock chance will be better, if you want it for damage... maybe. Lower mana cost (not lower reduced mana) is seldomly used, you'll most likely use a clarity-aura and +mana-reg-% to keep up with the cost. That way you have high regen, which you can also use for some mana shield (mind over matter etc). For a cast on crit build it's essential. Faster casting is a very good attribute, as it'll allow you to move again quicker, to cast more often (e.g. because you want to hit other enemies or get to 3 shock stacks) at the expense of mana/second while casting... but the more fluent combat is normally worth it.
"I want to understant the diffrence, as a witch, should I go for the critical strike chance in my tree if it dosen't specify "for spells"?" --> Well, on the tree, as long as it's unspecific enough, it'll apply. So "crit chance" will increase spell crit too, whereas "spell crit chance" will obviously only increase spell-crits, and not e.g. wand-shots. More specific nodes will often grant higher bonuses and can therefore be a bit better, although when you have to get other nodes to get there, calculate them as well for your cost-benefit-calculation.
Note that on the weapons itself, there is something like local crit, that might be worded to appear it would effect everything, but only affects that weapon, see http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/229449#p2004338 for an example
"Critical Strike Chance"
Increase Critical Chance by 15% -> This is global, the bonus critical chance applies to all (weapon, attack skill, magic spells)
"Spell Critical Chance"
Increase Critical chance for spells. -> This is for spells only. However, not all spells get advantage of this. Detonate Dead spell will not gain critical chance from this node.
"Weapon Critical Chance"
This is for physical attack performed with the certain weapon unless you are looking at Serpent Stance passive node above witch area.
