Sniper's Mark + Mark On Hit Bug

I think my Snipers mark + mark on hit is bugged. The marks doesn't appear on enemy unites. I also have enough mana, I tried turning off all auras.

You can only mark one enemy/have one marked enemy at a time.

Marks count towards the curse limit (default 1), so you might overwrite it with other stuff.

Mark on hit works with attacks only, so spells won't apply marks.

You may want to share way more info if those basic things aren't the cause.
