Generating Endurance Charges ?

Hey guys,

so i came back to PoE after 1/2 and quite a lot changed.
I got myself a mjölner cuz they're cheap af in comparison to how it earlier was and i need to get some endurance charge generating mechanic.

Since enduring cry is a warcry now it no longer works with cwdt. Warlords Mark with cwdt is casting way too rarely imo. Do you guys have any other ideas ? my ring, amulet and chest slot is taken for neccesary uniques so that wont work.

What is your neck? You should be using Voll's devotion with mjolner. That would give you endurance charges

That gives me power charges. My neck is a Astramentis for the stat requirment

Voll's protector gives power charges when you crit, but voll's devotion changes all power charges into endurances when a power charge is consumed (by discharge)
Other than that you could use a blasphemy warlord's mark setup as your only other option although that would require the use of 2 sockets, bet of luck man

Voll's devotion is definately the ultimate option. Other than that you could either self cast enduring cry, run a warlord's mark on blasphemy or rigged on curse on hit herald of thunder or self cast. Not sure how much a trigger skill such as Vengeance + endurance charge on melee stun (+ stun) would do with mjölner, possibly not much.

I guess you have some testing to do :P

On mjolner the issue with using setups wich are manual is that the endurance charges are instantly used up by discharge, since it is casting many many times a second, so therefore the best mehtod is some kind of passive generation, because the secondary use of endurance charges is the armour buff and immortal call.
CoH HoT is not so great because you kill stuff too fast for the curse to be effectively applied to all the mobs, so you need something that is instant e.g blasphemy warlord's mark which is by far and away the best option second to Voll's - in my opinion

yeah im now running with blasphemy + warlods mark. Its not the greatest but still very useful way to generate dem charges. And yeah i always use the charges up 1 second after i get them because of discharge.

I have Blasphemy+Warlords Mark and CWDT+Immortal Call. It works pretty well. If I'm fighting smaller groups I only usually get 2-3 charges, but I also don't need my max (6) with groups that small. With large groups I almost ALWAYS have 6 charges before Immortal Call goes off. It's a pretty nice setup IMO.
