Can you anoint an amulet that already allocates a skill?

I have an amulet that already allocates a passive that I need for my build, but I'm wondering if I can still anoint it to have it grant a second passive skill. I don't want to try it in case it's going to end up removing the skill it already has.

Unless the amulet has explicit text to change the default behavior, it can only have one anoint.

And that exception is pretty specific to a unique amulet and it's corrupted results.

Edit: so it would replace the anoint, as you can change them
