connection problems, whats wrong?

no matter what server i pick (playing from germany) i got massive lag spikes, from like 15ms to 200ms+, sometimes 400ms

it barely runs smooth these days, so i ask:
Is it my connection (250mbit connection on my end) or are the servers struggling? everything else feels smooth, but PoE seems to behave weird.

Anything i can try?!

From about a middle of the dayI'm getting unplayable lag spikes. It is usually managable and may go after a while but todays is just insanly bad.

yea i cant play the unstable ms is not ok this game is a decade old.

i have stable ping , no lag , all smooth also from germany

So its definitely not the servers alone
maybe it has nothing to do with actual internet but with dx12 lags ?

have you tried Vulkan in Graphic options ?

Okay so if its 100% the servers why dont i have this problem ?

fast internet doesnt mean stable internet.

friend of mine has a 1000 Gbit Inet but its unstable as fu.....
its super fast but he has disconnects/lag spikes in so many games
took him quite some time do admit it ....
at first it was like : nah its only this game and not on his side
then we played another game... same problem
we played a 3rd game same problem ....

People who think fast internet means stable internet have 0 idea about the topic
Its like saying i have a lot of horspower in my engine but i dont have good grip in corners.....
I dont understand..... high hp on engine means good corner grip :P lol

Here is few that you can try:

-If you are using two modem - host (5G or 2.4G) Try to connect the other one.

-If you are connecting to the modem via wifi, you can try connecting with a cable.

-Use VPN

-Call ISP Support

-Change your DNS

-Reset the modem

-Reinstal Modem Connection Setting

-Make sure that other users and devices connected to the modem do not use the Internet more than necessary.

Except the fact its now ggg's servers and ggg cant do anything about your isp, your routing to servers.

It is not their servers though, there is a 95%+ probability it is something on your end or your ISPs end/routing.

If was GGG's servers, streamers from various regions would have issues, and there would be way more uproar about server issues. But they don't.
Except, it is only 1 off people such as yourself complaining about it. The only other issue that is widespread regarding servers, is that many servers DC typically once every day or two.
