I don't think you should be creating posts like this on the PoE forums though, we have a D4 reddit that is pretty popular plus the D4 forums. All this will do is attract people like [STD]Random Lead that seems to be haters along with the D4 trolls, both ruin discussions and are a blight on gaming forums.
Seriously, go exercise. Find an physical activity you like and do it. People complain about wrist pain when all they do is stay in front of a computer all day.
Also, instilling orbs. You can automate all your utility flasks with them.
I even spent some time challenging myself and leveled a shadow through a few chapters without spending any passive points and that really got me wondering how you can build something based on your play preference and not just a guide to big wave clears. And I've managed to create a fairly balanced offense and defense wise build so far.
Playing melee is a totally different experience than playing a spell caster. So many more support gems that give you passive aoe damage. It's crazy fun.
I even socketed my first gem into the passive tree! I managed to get a decent roll on one!
I'm super excited for the big PoE "2" update. That'll remove a lot of the gearing up headaches especially while leveling. Way more excited for PoE "2" than World of Diablocraft.
Going from D3 to PoE you really do need a loot filter. I was getting super bummed seeing all the gear that I was leaving on the ground (but later found out it's not worth running back to sell because later acts drop stacks of the stuff all that trash vendors into.)
The whole game is just a jumbled mess of systems.
Love how people like you call people with differing opinions from you trolls. Just so your fragile mind has a clue. People like me arent the ones that ruin forums. The game is literally made for the low iq crowd. How do you think blizzard current makes money? Blizzard north made fun, hard, and fair games. Blizzard current makes games for the masses because money.
Why do you think wow classic is so popular? It was a time when wow was challenging. Same with why d2 is revered and starcraft 2 is to this day still used in tournaments. Not everyone needs easier. Some want something to make our brains have fun too.
Nope not me. POE core is more than enough to keep me playing for years to come. I do see the appeal for D4 for the noobs simplified, and shallow with no learning curve
Oh yes, something that should be just basic quality of life to save your fingers and joints is an uncommon drop, and then even further RNG on RNG to get rolls. Like jesus butt ♥♥♥♥♥♥ chirst this game is stuck in 2000.
A buddy and I tried d3 during the last beta test and we had more fun zooming through rifts than playing d4.
I was hoping there would be a bit more build complexity, the talent tree looks far too basic. Sort of a medium between d3 and poe would have been amazing. The one thing I love about poe is how you can have an insane number of builds each league.
I also hope they change the zoom on d4, it's way too zoomed in.
