Which Lightning Mastery should I choose for Arc?

I feel like all of them are ass. 40% of physical damage converted to lightning? Really? How am I supposed to use that with wands?

Not that you have to pick a mastery but typically Lightning builds also choose shock related nodes. So +15% to Maximum Effect of Shock, or Shock proliferation. If you go more crit based lightning then you pick up the 60% increased Critical Strike Chance against enemies with Lightning Exposure and use Wave of Conviction as a starter to apply exposure then move into eldritch implicits if you don't have a way to auto cast Wave of Conviction later.

Thank you so much for your insight, yeah I was exploring that Lightning Exposure thing on wiki but wasn't sure which way to choose to actually apply the vulnerability.
