Missing Characters on Login

I have linked my PoE Account with my Steam Account and everytime i log in i miss my PoE Account characters i played a few years back.

At first i thought nothing of it and just created another League character, now everytime i relog im switching between my Old Characters ( missing my new character) and my new characters.

I wrote Support but they say they cant merge them???? even tho this is the only solution i read on the forum

There is a drop down menu on the character selection.

You can choose between league and Standard characters.

This is not a visibility issue, this "was" an account issue. My PoE Account and Steam account (linked) was bugged according to support. I had to choose which characters i wanted to keep.

Its fixed now after i wrote them back detailing the problem again.
