Does chaos Inoculation effect light radius?

I am considering trying out the Chaos Inoculation keystone on my Necromancer/Ice Elementalist build (Going for a themed build rather than a super effective build) and am not sure if CI effects the Light radius. If it does I will reroute my skill tree to add in Arcane Vision.

If I'm not mistaken you are always at full life or dead with CI. And thus you have 100% light radius.

Yeah, don't pick arcane vision with CI, that node is for low life chars.
