tooltip vs PoB

tooltip says I have 129% inc. movespeed but PoB says I have 145%.

Tooltip probably doesn't take 10% movespeed if not hit recently enchantment, but if you subtract it it's 135, which is 6% more still.

but I'll assume it does take the enchantment into consideration, without tailwind ingame tooltip is 118%, and PoB is 118%. With tailwind, ingame is 129% and PoB is 152%.


What the absolute ♥♥♥♥? does the in game tooltip not take into account that 1000+ evasion from gathering winds ascendancy? (queen of the forrest btw) or rather does PoB show the % movespeed of the fully buffed tailwind????

OR, does in game tooltip actually in fact calculate the +1000 evasion, but not the actual "you are __% faster" to the increased movespeed because they're technically worded differently?

in game tooltip only calculate current movement speed. It should calculate "if not hit recently" in your hideout but "you are __% faster" deadeye node will not give you MS if you dont use skill. PoB will automaticly asume you use skills if you have any skill gem active

The in game display also doesn't factor in several passives. I'm not sure which ones exactly, but manually adding up all of my passives in the ranger area and looking at my listed movement speed in game also doesn't add up. It's a few percent off. It's possible some of the passives are broken and don't do what they say they do, it's hard to notice if a 2% bonus is working or not.

I don't know about your other issues, I've never taken tailwind, or owned a queen of the forest.
