The first line, "Different sources of burning damage stack cumulatively, but multiple applications from the same source do not."
"All burning effects will remain present on the target until they have run their course, but for each source, only the one with the highest damage per second will cause damage at any given moment."
Which means that my fire trap will be useless since my searing bond will deal more damgage --> fire trap wont deal any damage at all in other words.

Fire damage is, damage caused by fire element. Burn is a dot that can be caused by fire damage. You have a chance to burn an enemy each time you apply fire damage.
So searing bond' does fire damage. Flame totem does fire damage. Fire trap does burning damage.
BUT FOR EACH SOURCE .... there you go, read it for you.
Different types of burning damage will stack with each other, but not themselves.
Examples of different types of burning damage:
Ignite (any fire damage crit, or +% chance to ignite, proliferated effect)
Ground Fire (fire trap)
Fire Beams (Searing totems)
Burning Aura (Righteous Fire Aura)
So if you have a Righteous fire aura up and throw a fire trap which crits, the target will be ignited (crit), suffer burning ground damage, and suffer burning damage from the aura.
If you throw a second trap which crits for less, the ignite will be applied, but will not do damage until the first ignite wears off, and the second ground fire will not stack with the first.
