besides poe trade or another trade site. Because I cant seem to find the crafting materials for it. severed limbs,. which you need to do Prophecy rewards to get the item to drop. But Prophecy's are no longer part of the game?

many fated uniques became the base version with the removal of prophecy, and most that weren't explicitly stated as to where they drop in the 3.17 patchnotes only drop from any map boss randomly.

so grind maps or buy off trade

yes you can, but almost ALL the fated uniques still around drop this way. So it's virtually impossible to target farm and you would be better off selling things to buy off trade unless you're SSF, to which i say good luck
