What's up with Herald of Ice???
It's cool and all (see what I did there?) but why doesn't it work with freaking inner force??? Isn't it supposed to be a BUFF? WTF.

Fix that GGG, please, I don't want to use regrets for a bug

The Herald skills do not count towards a buff, thus Inner force does not effect, it's the same with Herald of Ash. Most likely not a bug, though research helps on stuff like this.

^^^^ As the guy above me said, the heralds arent buffs,they're spells, which is why u can link them with stuff like added cold/fire damage

B-But we can ALL agree that it looks and works like a buff right? It takes mana to modify how the skills we use work or our stats! In fact, it's closer to Arctic Armor or Molten Shell than something like Freezing Pulse or Glacial Cascade

So tell me GGG, Y DIS NO BUFF???

Did we determine that they don't get affected by Inner Force purely because of a bug? After reading the article for "Buff" on the wiki, it seems to me they really should be improved by the passive.

Well, after reading the wiki I'm 100% sure it is a buff! I think GGG forgot to flag the Heralds as such

Taking the opinions and general conjecture of an unofficial wiki and its editors over game content truth? I think you're grasping at straws here.

Either GGG missed the flag and it needs to be reported (not here, use the official forums or the /bug in-game command), a definite poossiibility since the skill just released a few days ago, or they have an envisioned balance reason as to why it's not a buff.

And even that lead designer from GGG refers to the wiki sometimes so stop acting like you're so smart pls
