"corpse targeting" what it does ?

In the options ? It's for corpse targeting spells. If you have it activated you will have to manually click on the corpse to use it, otherwise the spell with use the nearest corpse.
It's useful some spells like summon wraith to pick a particular mob to revive.

Its more for summoning specters/ghosts, zombie does not care from what it is summoned (is it a bird, a dog or a hobo its same for him xD))

The option is for targeting single corpses out of a pile for those that want to raise specters, the rest of the summon stuff only requires you hover your cursor near the corpses and it'll do the rest.
