How do I change chat channels

There's some feminists I just want to avoid altogether.Blairbitch_project being the worst self entitled one of the bunch. What are the commands for swapping chat channels?

Please don't name and shame.

When entering a chat channel, you're are randomly assigned to any channel, that isn't full, so just re-enter the chat, until you're on a different channel.
Alternatively, you can use the chat command "/ignore insertplayernamehere". It might only prevent whispering, but i'm not sure about that.

there is, you can type /global or /trade then a number
