I recommend you buy a supporter pack on the website.
You get cosmetics, pets, portal effects, etc. in addition to the poiunts there.

The starter packs includes a stash tab, a weapon effect and the same amount of points.

i think they offer same stuff equally wherever you pay but I need to purchase through Steam only, not the website.

If its never happend before wait a bit maybe its fixes itself. If its happen over a long time you should consider writitng to support for assistance.

also keep in mind that you need to have the steam overlay enabled.

right click on the game in the steam lib and properties. should be on the first tab. or if you disabled it globally somewhere in the steam settings.

im having the same problem i just logged in throught the website through my steam account. then went to microtransactions in the shop tab and buy somthing i didnt have the points for then it let me buy points from there. then i bought what i wanted in game hope that helps... i wanted a currency tab :)
