That's not what the video is though. He is explaining to his followers who subscribe and donate to him for being a PoE player why the changes make his play style no longer feasible and why as a result he went on to stream other games.
Empy plays with a group of like 8-10 people who coordinate and handle different roles, including dedicated traders, running a map has to earn reasonable profit for all 10 of those people who split the loot for that playstyle to be viable, which the 1.3 changes made no longer the case. He simply explained and showed examples of why this doesn't work for them and why they can't continue playing the way they want to. At no point does he tell anyone else they should stop playing, or say there are significant problems for people with other playstyles.
