How can you tell if you missed a quest or not?
How can you tell if you missed a quest or not when your in a dungoen map and not just the town?

press U and look through the act if there is still something availble

as for the passives point quests write /passives in chat. there are all listed till the current state of your game

Lets say there is a quest npc in the map "the coast" in the bottom right corner of the map, if i never went to the bottom right corner can i somehome tell that there is a npc quest i missed from that npc/map ?

There are only 2 quest npcs starters that are not in towns. Fairgraves in the ship graveyard in act 1 and the docks in act 3 (it's a chain, you need to do act 1fairgraves to get him in act 3) and siosa in act 3 in the library.
And they're both relatively next to the map waypoint (fairgraves in act 1 is kind of missable if you really run through but the 2 other locations are really next to the waypoint).

For all other quests there is always a start in a town so you just need to speak to everyone (do it several times per act, as some quests are available only when a previous one is done).

type /passives in chat. And if you see a 0 beside the quest name, means you have yet to do it or obtains points/rewards/respecc points.
