PS5 controller doesn't work?

I wanted to try this new feature out but it says is disconnected when I try ti select it under input method... .......yet I selected it with the controller that's the weird part, the game does recognize the controller but it wont let me select it? I know is BETA just asking if any1 had same issue and manage to fix it?

(the controller's checkbox is ON under steam controller setting)

FIX: Right click on the game's steam library, properties, go to controller and disable steam support. Download "x360ce" put it into PoE's folder where the exe is at, open it make sure ur controller works fine if not configure it and leave it open... that's it, enjoy!

Don't disable Steam support, just apply the base gamepad template in the controller configuration. You were able to move the mouse before turning on controller support because your Steam Input has a keyboard/mouse config loaded (it does that automatically because PoE isn't marked as controller aware). That effectively hides the controller from the game. That's why it says disconnected and why disabling Steam Input fixed it, but you don't need to disable Steam Input to fix it, just reset your input mapping so the pad acts like a pad.

Are there playstation button prompts in game or are they just xbox prompts?
