Infused flesh good with glancing blows?

I was wondering if the Infused flesh node and it's two life recoup nodes would help with the 65% damage taken from glancing blows, reducing damage taken on block to 35%. (take 65% damage, get 30% back, net 35% damage)

Recoup will regenerate your health over 4 seconds and isnt instant. I think getting on block effects like ES or Life on block would be better with glancing blows as its instant and can cushion hits, but you could try to stack both it could turn out nice with instant healing and some HoT.

try shaper shield and craft it with pristine fossils and hope you get that 5% life on block and some flat life on block and hp, also i think it needs to be minimum of ilv 85 and pristine fossils are only like 1c each so shouldnt be too expensive
