Is TFT a kind of mafia? Reddit's PoE instantly killed my 2 TFT-ish posts: carry issue (Exalted level) and ban for reporting the carry

TL;DR Is Exalted Service Provider status at TFT (The Forbidden Trove) a complete nothing? Which level should I then aim for to get a responsible service?

Below are medium depth details of the situation.

I asked for a carry service, RIGOROUSLY EXPLAINED TO THE USER THE DIFFICULTY OF THE REQUEST, then the user (Exalted Service Provider) went in, wasted portals, put the blame on me and refused to compensate (4 breach stones for The Hidden).

I have tried talking to TFT people in "DM 4 Help" channel (The Forbidden Trove | 645607528297922560) and provided the whole chat log from my PoE via screenshots + my game was and currently is online, so I can prove the logs via game streaming.

As the last message I got " then ill remove you from the server because we don't want a "Karen" like you complaining about crap and wasting our time ", and I got banned afterwards. I have a full chat log from Discord just in case.

I have tried posting the info about the initial issue on Reddit r/pathofexile and my post got killed immediately.
My next post at r/pathofexile about me getting banned on TFT lasted just a bit longer.

From the recent reply of Reddit's PoE, I got that TFT in ot a significant part of the PoE community, this speaks for itself.

I understand that TFT is a free service but it works somehow, so there should be people who are rationally interested in stuff _actually_ working well. I wonder where to look for them...
