How to get blueprints?
I am L88 and have seen 1 blueprint so far. How/where do you acquire them?
I get the whole reveal mechanism, but I have nothing worthwhile to reveal :p

Theres an atlas region(Lira arthain) for heist. Better chances to have a cache that drop blueprints and can be fully revealed

Yea Lira Arthain nodes would be your best bet for finding them. Plus there's an option to add heist to any map this league for some chaos. Doing Lira with the heist mod turned on the map device would be the best thing IMO.
