Steam Purchase Failed

Hey,

I just wanted to buy the Harvest Core Support Pack, but it always says "Steam Purchase Failed".
Im trying to pay with my Steam Wallet which is already charged with enough money.

Is this a thing, that just happens from time to time and I should just come back and try again later? Or could this be a problem from my side?

You buy the points you require with the funds in your steam wallet, then buy the core support pack with the points you've purchased. I hope this is what you're referring to.

No, the pack is listed in MTX shop for 212€. I have 215€ in my steam wallet, but when i try to buy it ingame, it cancels and says "Steam Purchase Failed".

yes where i live its always shown with tax included.
maybe its a format problem with my address and stuff, because you have to enter where you live to receive the physical items
because i have to use ß and ü

i just tried out and it really is because of "ß" and "ä, ö, ü"
for anyone with same problem :D

Great seeing people not just saying "fixed it" or "nvm".

For other people finding this thread: Other common causes I've seen are disabled/not working steam overlay and pending steam wallet balance (e.g. from refunds).
