When you look at the experience table, getting to lvl 91 takes 2094 million XP, lvl 100 needs 4250 million XP. Meaning you haven't even collected half of XP you need for lvl 100 when you are already 91. And the closer you get to 100, the stronger XP-penalties will become. It will take a lot of time and is generally not recommended.

When you look at your crit chance, also look at your crit multi (which often is more important than chance alone).
Do already have a high multi ? Do you need crits to activate effects or certain parts of you build ? If yes, then keeping crits is maybe a good idea.
Without a pastebin or a link to your char, it's hard to give a conclusive answer
This and what Sajonji said is really good advice.
