This player has played Poe for 15000+ hours!

I know there are fake ones out there with more hours but this account seems to be legit! If you play 12 hours a day for 3,5 years you can have this playtime too!

This game is so addictive! People are possibly quitting their jobs & real lives just to play this game! GGG, you must be so good at making games!

I want to play PoE forever with my body connected to a life support unit!

It's not like Steam is super accurate when collecting these metrics. It'll log time idle on a loading splash screen, crashed clients, in some cases it'll register a game as running just because its appid is in a particular text file.

5800 on 2014 or 2016. still great

PoE came out in 2013. That's now 7 years so ~2555 days.

To get 15K hours you need to play ~6 hours every day for 7 years straight. o.0

8 h sleep
8 h work
2 h other stuff
6 h PoE
==========
24 hours/day

You don't though, you don't have to play a single second. Just have a Steam client that believes the game is running 24/7. Steam has no sanity checks on this stuff.

It's not like Warframe though. It doesn't have a launcher that also updates while Steam things it's actual play time.

I have alot of time on poe aswell but in the start (Talisman league for me) I left my pc running poe 24/7 to avoid 30-40 min load times. POE runtime does not mean active time.

You realize you can just leave a game open for X amount of time and not actually play it right?
