y no controller setings? thay have it on xbox.

Because the PC version handles differently than the xbox version. If I remember right some skills auto-target the closest enemy on the Xbox version, things like that

play yes, but it is not officialy supported so you need to fight yourself through the settings to get an acceptable result. there is a streamer, sefarion I think was his name, which has a guide for playing PoE on PC with a controller. might worth to google for that.
