Actual regen vs PoB

So, i put my entire build into PoB this time. It shows "energy shield regen: 2,500.8" however, ingame, the "energy shield regenerated per second" only hits 1.4k. I know that PoE always screws up their tooltips (for some reason) but this much of a difference made me sceptical.

Is PoB correct? Es, mana, Life etc all stats are correct so it calculated everything else correctly. (the 2.5k regen is already without any buffs i might get in combat).

From my experiences PoB calculations are often accurate, but in-game it's another story.

On this particular case the in-game tooltip doesn't record "ES recovery rate" stat (ie: shaper belt) as if the game doesn't understand your regen conversion with Zealot Oath or something, but you still benefit from it.
