Starter build

I haven't played POE in over 12 months. Just back in to playing and was looking for a starter build (up to about 4exalts worth).

Then try out Dirty Dot's Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist
Its a realy good, and very budget friendly build.
And it scales very well in endgame, and only gets better the more you invest in it.

can start with nothing, with a decent early (~260pdps) weapon and a tabula you can map pretty fast to gather currency

Arc totems are cheap to make (especially now that they don't really work that well with expensive items anymore).

The only expensive item you'll have here is the 6L Soul Mantle
