How do Vaal Pact and Ghost Reaver work together?

Hi, I have a question about how Vaal Pact and Ghost Reaver work together.
I allocated both Vaal Pact node and Ghost Reaver node.
From the in-game Character Screen,
- Maximum total Recovery per second from Life Leech = 40% of max life (2 x base value)
- Maximum total Recovery per second from Energy Shield Leech = 30% of max energy shield (2 x base value)
So I'm wondering that if I allocated life leech nodes, how much energy shield I can leech per second?
There are 3 ways:
1) The "Maximum total Recovery per second from Energy Shield Leech is doubled" effect from Ghost Reaver does not stack with Vaal Pact's effect:
From Vaal Pact's effect, Maximum total Recovery per second from Life Leech = 40% of max life
Then, Ghost Reaver converts it to "Maximum total Recovery per second from Energy Shield Leech = 40% of max energy shield"
So in the end, I can leech energy shield 40% of max energy shield per second.
2) The "Maximum total Recovery per second from Energy Shield Leech is doubled" effect from Ghost Reaver does stack with Vaal Pact's effect:
From Vaal Pact's effect, Maximum total Recovery per second from Life Leech = 40% of max life
Then, Ghost Reaver convert it to "Maximum total Recovery per second from Energy Shield Leech = 40% of max energy shield"
And then, Ghost Reaver effect also doubles it into "Maximum total Recovery per second from Energy Shield Leech = 80% of max energy shield"
So in the end, I can leech energy shield 80% of max energy shield per second.
3) Neither 1) nor 2).
