How craft Minion Damage in a pair of gloves?

Hey all,

I was wondering how can I craft "% Minion Increased Damage" in a pair of gloves. I know that's possible, but I can't find how. None of my craft stations in my hideout have this option for the gloves. Any tips?

Probably a random roll for a specific base type.

If your thinking of the level 75 new base items its the helmet for that particular stat, can't remember the name off the top of my head, but its a built in mod on the item.
