Items missing from stash after migrating

I typically play SSF in leagues. The last couple of times, when I've migrated a character back to normal, I've had some remove-only tabs added to my stash. Then I'll remove the items and currency and add it to my normal, non-league, all-character stash. Tonight, I logged in to my Betrayal SSF character, without migrating him, and then checked in my stash to make sure that the remove-only tabs were there. So I logged back out to character select, and migrated him to normal. Logged back in to take stuff out of the remove-only tabs, but they weren't there. What happened to my items? Why'd they all get deleted? I didn't have a buttload of currency, but I had a fair amount, and several uniques that I would have liked to have.

You do realize that migrating a character alone doesn't migrate league-wide states like the stash, right? You'll have to use the migrate all feature.

Create a new character in Standard SSF, check if your tabs are still there and if so, log out and use the migrate all feature.
