Where is the Hand of the 'good man' in the Crypt (Act II)?

I cleared both Crypt Level 1 and Crypt Level 2, and I cannot find the Hand of the Good Man. Is it in Level 1 or 2, and where is it?

its where you fight the boss in floor 2. you have to click the thing on the wall to make it drop.

thanks. 666 is the number of the Antichrist beast in the Bible, in case you don't know. It's a bad number. 7 is a better number, it stands for perfection.

The number is known for that but as the Bible was written by men thus is likely to focus on the things of men through the lens of story. Given that, there is plenty of evidence it is most likely a negative number because it represent Nero who was killing the gnostic christans who were preaching at the time.
