Question about haste and vaal haste
I want to buy a Watcher's eye with a haste mod on it, but I use vaal haste. Does the haste mod affect only haste, or vaal haste as well?

IIIRC it will only work on the "Haste" part of Vaal Haste meaning it won't affect the Active but the passive it should.
