If you've broken the problem down to "reflect", you can use the typical patterns to deal with reflect.

Although realistically, just use a Balefire[pathofexile.gamepedia.com] and burn down everything that your build can't handle... damage over time can't be reflected.

Problem is the cheese pvp build some of these players have, they don't have much offensive power but lots of block and cast when damage taken stuff on which then leech back the life/es. It works due to pvp scaling.

Just carry a balefire sceptre and use its scorching ray and just burn them down due to the 1 hit continuous fire dot and 8 stages of debuff.
