Question about elemental classes: Wands or Sceptres?
So i'm jury rigging Enki's arc witch build for fire elemental usage. Was wondering if i'm better of using wands or sceptres?

Anything that has the most damage you can get out of it. wands tend to be the easiest to get the best rolls from. But you can use staves, swords, daggers heck sometimes axes might get a random couple of spell bonus rolls (rare). Unless you are doing a wand specific skill set you really shouldnt feel bound to weapon type.

some of the later wants and scepters have interesting inherent stats like elemental resist penetration or cast speed. If you are simply looking for raw spell power a double rolled want is best.

You could also consider crit on spells on top of cast speed or elemental resist penetration.

Lots of routes you can go and often times DPS numbers on the skill dont tell the whole story.

Another thing to consider is that using a sceptre lets you use shield charge (if you use a shield as well of course).

Well i don't think you can dual weild with sceptre's. I'm just wondering because i can't decide between a unique three link wand or a rare two link sceptre.

Throw a few jewelers orbs and orbs of fusings at it, now they are all three linked.

Also you can dual wield them.
