how to log in non steam client
i just created my account by steam but by trying to log then in the non steam client using my steam email it says account does not exist and i want to play on the non steam client with my steam characters.

log in on the official website https://www.pathofexile.com/ with your steam account.
somewhere in the account settings is a setting to add your email and password. after you done this you can use the standalone client, too.

You need to get GGG support to link your steam account and the stanalone client, so contact support via the website giving them your steam account info and the account on the website.

If not just use the login with steam method on the website

you dont need anymore to write the support for this.

just click change email and you can do it yourself.
