Automatization is not allowed, but there's some tools that might make it look like bots when really they are just humans with a few specialized helper functions (that can be completely within the rules) and hence are rather fast.
I want to talk to a GGG employee on discord to proove it
use the official way - https://www.pathofexile.com/support
just interesting, but how did you identify these players as bots?
Chinese/russian names, nonsense names, mechanical actions, responding only with trade invites to poe.trade whispers.
The mechanical actions one is the biggest tell - and that you can easily cheat them.
Mechanical actions could be a big tell but it's still too vague of a description.
Then email them what you think you've found, and the proof, past that they don't discuss the matter with you.
And minimal interaction? Of course - I'm trading, not socializing.
trade bots have been around for some time now
and what did you tested? and how exactly did they react?
