And there I thought you would get extra Intel or something, cause it's a lab. Oh well
You get intel for mastermind. The only way to get mastermind intel is trough hideouts, which is why you get the only option to "interogate" instead of execute. As for mastermind, God forbid if you fail gonna take a while until you get the chance to finish it again. Intel gaining on mastermind is extremely slow IMO.
As for loot: It depends what rank (how many stars) hideout's generals had and his/her associates in that branch. Long story short - the more stars generals and his associates have = better loot.
Yeah, that's what I mean, they should have some reward for protecting the items.
Yeah but it's odd isn't it? You raid a lab, perserve the equipment so you expect some kind of extra intel reward or crafting designs or w/e. And when you stop a convoy you would expect some extra loot or w/e cause what else are they carrying in a convo, can't be fertilizer :P
the safehouses are good, the master encounters are as profitable than your average boss aka not worth. I mean yeah I get new crafting recipes but most of them I never use. So in the end its nice to unlock something but if we talking value, then no not really.
and extremely lucky encounters dont count. if some random guy would found a mirror in the mud flats than the mud flats are the best area to farm?
the currency drops of the master have the same weights than currency which dropping on their own. so in the end most currency drops are augments, silver coins or chaos orbs.
who knows, the mastermind arena is quite big. maybe they need to grow alot of new green zombies
