On the other hand, this bring dual-wield inline with it's intended purpose, so guess it's not really a big surprise. Melee was designed around 2-h most offence, dual wield 1-h balance between offense and defense, and 1-h/shield most defensive. Since we got stat sticks, melee has been pretty much only ever dual wield.
this it what it actually says
"Skills that could be used with two weapons, but were main-hand-only when used, now use both weapons when dual wielding."
And I'm perfectly fine with the Quill Rain nerf.
