I to am new and am mastering my build but that is way off from what I am seeing the norm of. Depends on the build but after heartseeker you went up to high. Those point need to go to the bottem left sword mastery

I was foolin around and decided to level with frost blades and go into vaal double strike. this is howe my build ended up.
