Can’t use Immortal Call

For some reason I can’t use immortal call I could a while ago it is linked with Increased Duration Support lvl 15, cast when damage taken lvl 1 and Vaal Grace lvl 15 it is on my helmet my sword is a starforge. My helmed is named the Broken Crown - Prophet Crown

You helmet has
Socketed Gems are supported by Level 20 Cast on Death

So you've linked IC to two trigger gems, which makes it not trigger at all.
