A pity. Playing DX 9 is not an option. This game is so unoptimized that DX 9 can't simple allocate enough resource for the game to not slutter, even with DX 11 sometimes the game slutter like hell, because there are so many particles in your screen, that the software itself falls apart.
Shadows can't be disabled any longer [dx11] as they are rendered on the server and then streamed to your platform...
Another excuse they made? Because thats not what they said. Also, it was possible to disable shadows in DX 11, but they "fixed" it.

When there is much going on on the screen my Frames dropping hard.
Doesn´t matter if i play in Lockstep or Predictive Mode. (strong Rubberbanding with predictive)
Doesn´t matter if i Enable Vsync or not.
I have found no solution to this and i´m not the only one (look at the Forum)
Makes me very sad
Turning it off reduced instances of the game hitching during play.
Here is a screen from a few sec ago: https://ibb.co/mX9XDY5
Frame Time Spikes and FPS Drops from hell :/
Here for fast reference \/
If you use lock step you may stutter because of latency or packet loss but FPS will be maintained (a good indicator to tell if it's lag or asset loading is, on the pigger pauses do you see animations continue to play like auras rotating or lightning sparking while the monsters stay still)
And IF you are lagging or having packet loss, switching your network mode dose not solve the the lag problem, and actualy introduces rubberbanding where the client and server are out of sync (which can be very out of sync) causing your character to "teleport" into monstrs you thought you ran past and you end up dying, or take you into rooms you have never been in becuase that door way you thought you ran through...well you didn't, you clipped it and went off somewhere else on the server, and when it syncs you don't know what the ♥♥♥♥ has happened.
IF you have latency, the the minimum, turn the router off at the socket and leave it for 5 minutes before trying again...then if the problem persists, run WinMTR to your gateway while you play with the lag to locate where exactly in the connection the problem occurs so you can contact the relevent people to actualy fix it.
