Max Monster Lvl (only) 83? why?

why is the max monster lvl only 83? i rush the t15 maps in 2 min. i mean why cant you do monsters to lvl 100? it rly takes forever and its to expensive to farm the high tier maps. and ist rly no challenge. i mean delve and the mines are very fun. but its the same problem max monster lvl 83! i rly dont understand this nonsense... bring hardcore maps and monster to lvl 90-100 with a real challenge. the mines a very good, first step in right direction, now next league you have to bring stronger enemys, they all just die 1 hit, only yellow elites need 2-3 hits sometimes, and bosses need more hits.

dont do the grind to 100 if you dislike the exp grind. also lvl 83 monster should be on t16 maps not t15
