You can ask for something useful in Globle and people will answer, sometimes even PM you and talk to u about it. And while useful stuff is not asked for, what else should the chat do? The Globle 1 is something everyone has a love/hate relationship. Can’t recall how many useful things i’ve red in it, and the countless “hehexd” things that have made me chuckle. So thats basically a cake for everyone.

Well, it apparently got bad enough that the devs started muting people.

No, that thing always gets muted, since it takes up a very large chunk of chat space, thus leading it to get mass reported everytime it comes up.

not always. two days ago i was in 5055 and managed to put a flashbang and a handmade flashbang with lettering that says "banned". no mute happened.

then somebody offered me an exalt to post 10 flashbangs in a row. so i did. no ban.

it wasnt til later after somebody got a ban (same guy offered him 2ex to post 25 toucans in a row lol) that i recieved mine. a guy asked for a flashbang so i obliged and recieved 400h mute. they seem to double the mute length each time.

Bans are often based on reports, from my experience. You can post Toucan and go unbanned if it, by some miracle, goes by unnoticed.

No, what you said that being muted for Toucan is recent after it got spammed too many times. That things always been a mute, due to its large size, and its not something the devs decided, technically. You just have to annoy enough people with it.

Eh, GGG's muting policy is weird in general. Hard to pin down anything definite. Thats just what I've been told in Global.

I did post the Toucan once, without anyone noticing, avoiding a mute, so that has to be how it works.
