they are complete optional and its afaik the ONLY puzzle in the whole game. you can tolerate them in TL2 because they are rare but you cant tolerate one of its kind in PoE? o.Ô

You just zoom zoom through everything, I thought it was the only way to get eveything done in this game... Never been gated by anything requiring a brain in any of this.
And by "ignore" I mean you will gain your life back after jetting past them. No one can live by just standing still in a trap. They kill you too fast.
Without good life regen you'll be chugging health pots, run out, and die.
A movement skill is absolutely required. There are switches that open doors on a timer that you will not get past without a movement skill.
