the curse on hit gem quality is curse effectivness, wich is pretty nice.
you could also use shaper/elder rings for two more curses.
but honestly? ditch two curses. or atleast one. and dont selfcast curses in 2018
I could get rid of temporal chains, but I guess I fail to see the point in it. I suppose if I take out my two blasphemy aura's I can take determination if I decide to switch to armor/es, but would you mind explaining your reasoning? All these curses seem more useful than switching it for some other mana reservation skill.
Other than procing there is auras. Its a nice always on, but eats into your mana. Again what works best with your build / idea.
Also you don't need to apply everything at once. You could have apply one with on hit and then one with cast when damage is taken. The initial curse for example could be a damage booster and then the second one repel, defence, leech, etc.
The above could also mix into a multi curse if you can apply more than once.
You'd need to go and lookup a few caster builds (e.g Glacial Cascade Occultist / https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2006002) with your spell of choice and then work into that the curse set you'd like.
